  It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas ?, de kerstman was er vroeg bij dit jaar en brengt ons de terugkeer van de Tante Tatin vanaf deze vandaag ? ! Dit jaar spelen we met dezelfde mentaliteit als met de Babylone en het verspilde brood. Met de hulp van Fruit Collect hebben we appels van tuinen in de buurt verzameld die weggegoid zouden zijn als we ze niet hadden gered. What is de Tante Tatin? Een mooi rond en krachtig winterbier met karamel en- appeltoetsen. Misschien niet de lichtste van onze bieren, maar tijdens deze feestdagen mag dat wel eens !

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas ?, Santa Claus came early this year with Tante Tatin ?! That year we were in the same spirit as with the Babylone and its unsold bread. Thanks to Fruit Collect, we collected apples from neighbouring gardens that would have been wasted if it weren’t for us! What the Tante Tatin was? A round and gourmet winter beer with caramel and apple notes. It might not be our lightest of beers, but why not during that period of the year!

Avec la Tante Tatin, on est dans le même esprit que la Babylone et dans l’économie circulaire. Avec l’aide de Fruit Collect, on a récupéré des pommes de jardins avoisinants pour les incorporer dans notre recette! Une bière d’hiver, bien ronde & gourmande aux notes caramélisées appuyées par les pommes. Pas la plus légère de nos bières, mais pendant cette période de fête, on ne se refuse rien!
